Cardinal Foot & AnkleDr. Tod Reed is a Muncie native and a graduate of Cowan High School where he was class Valedictorian and was awarded the prestigious Oliver W Storer Scholarship. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology/Chemistry from Indiana University before going on to the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, OH for his doctorate degree. Dr. Reed received his Residency Training in Foot & Ankle Surgery at The Podiatry Hospital of Pittsburgh/West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Reed is a member of The American Podiatric Medical Association and a fellow in the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons. He is board certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery.
Dr. Reed has been a founding panel physician at the Ball Memorial Hospital Wound Healing Center and is an expert in wound care and healing.
Dr. Reed is also an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine and helps train residents rotating thru his clinics.
